KG'S Bistro!

This little locally owned bistro just recently opened. The menu includes gluten free wraps. With soon to be added gluten free bread.

The gentleman who took my order was very knowledgeable about Celiac’s disease as he has a young relative with Celiac’s. So he knew all the safe food practices. They even have dedicated cutting boards for each of various allergies and Celiac’s disease.

My wrap was wonderful. I think the gentleman who took our order was either the owner or manager. I was so excited to have a safe sandwich, wrap and salad bistro to enjoy here in town.
