The manager has been trained in food allergies and cross contamination. He has a family member with Celiac and was very accommodating and told me which menu items were safe since I am gluten, dairy and soy free. They do not use wheat flour in any of their curries or sauces unlike many other Thai restaurants. There are many items to chose from since most of their menu is naturally gluten free. Their food is amazing and one of the best and most authentic Thai restaurants near Morris and Essex County.
