Some gluten free options that were very delicious and fresh. Staff seemed knowledgeable! We ordered via Uber Eats and they kept my gluten free rolls (as per the instructions we gave) separate. They also gave me GF soy sauce and didn’t put any Wasabi in my container. I indicated in the order notes that I was intolerant to gluten.

They have a few GF rolls but no GF soy sauce. Staff said they could pre-wash their equipment during non-busy times, but not when it's bustling. Overall, not much confidence for safety was expressed and I didn't end up ordering.

Very accommodating for gluten free options. They did not give us wasabi as they knew it had wheat. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Sushi is great too.
