No second guessing if your food has been cross contaminated. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and know the importance of keeping their gluten free food safe from cross contamination. There is a designated fryer for gluten free food. They are always expanding their menu and most recently added broccoli bites which are absolutely delicious. We usually order the chicken tender platter which always leaves us with leftovers. To top it off you pay the same price as their regular items. Please give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable in both locations Lewes and Milford. They have seperste prep and cooking areas for all the gluten free food. I can say I have not tried everything but the 3 things I have tried have been amazing and prepped not purchased frozen and then cooked. So far I have tried the fried mushroom, broccoli and cheese bites and of course the chicken tenders. I highly recommend you check this place out when your in the area.

I don’t know why the owners of this establishment have leaned into the GF life, but I sure am grateful that they have. I’ve had the GF fried chicken, fries, fried pickles, chicken cheesesteak wrap, and wings. The fried chicken and fried pickles are absolutely amazing. I saw on their Facebook that they’re working on GF mozzarella sticks!!! Everyone there is knowledgeable about the need to keep all the foods separate. For a little fried food joint, it’s truly impressive how much care they put into ensuring a safe and delicious GF experience.

I didn’t love the chicken cheesesteak wrap (I think it would be been much better if I added more toppings, but the wrap itself was decent which we know isn’t a given in GF land). The wings are cooked well but the buffalo sauce was thin and didn’t stick to the wings much. If I was to order them again, I’d get the sauce on the side. I think that approach would ensure a yummy wing experience.

Overall, my only full-on complaint is that of course it’s a fried food joint that actually cares about quality GF food, in my area…I’m not a huge fried food fan so I only get food from here occasionally. But if you love fried food and are searching for safe GF food then be careful! You might be here every night 😀

Real, home cooked chicken tenders, huge pieces, cooked in delicated fryers. I had a salad with 2 chicken tenders, it was so much food I got two meals. The fried pickles were awesome too. The great thing is they don't upcharge for GF breading like most restaurants do.

This is one of our favorite restaurants in Southern Delaware. Great chicken, lots of gluten free options, kid friendly with reasonable prices. There is a big sign in the front window that tells you to try their gluten-free fried chicken. The chicken is fantastic! It’s crispy and salty and cooked exactly right. The place is very no-frills; just a counter and a cabinet, full of soda and some plastic tables and chairs. They have two separate menus, one with all the gluten-free and one that’s not.

Since our diagnosis we have not had fried chicken until we found Kickin Chicken. I got the GF chicken tender platter and the GF fried mushrooms to share with family. The mushrooms were very good, did not try it with the sauce. The chicken tenders were okay not something I would order again as they weren’t crisp on the outside. It was kind of doughy so all the outer edge fell off.

I'm thrilled to share my experience at Kick n' Chicken tonight! Their new gluten-free fried chicken is an absolute game-changer. The flavors are beyond compare, and the texture is unbelievably crisp and tender. I couldn't resist trying the fried mushrooms and pickles too, and let me tell you, they were a delight. What's even more impressive is that my dad couldn't even tell they were gluten-free! My parents went for the classic fried chicken, and my mom was blown away by the gluten-free version, describing it as equally incredible. Kick n' Chicken's dedication to quality and flavor has truly won my heart. We will definitely be returning soon!!

Oh how I've missed fried chicken. The food is delicious. Dedicated fryer for gluten free items. No extra charge, no extra wait time. My family of 4 has been three times in the last two weeks. Chicken tenders and fries are the favorite, but salads and wraps are also good. Garlic Parmesan sauce is amazing, but spicy honey barbecue, regular barbecue all good. Cajun sauce seemed sweet to me. May try rub next time. Clear labels on sauces in restaurant.
