Aloha, Jay! We have a tiny 260 sq ft kitchen, and an even smaller area to prepare and cook in. We have absolutely zero space for a dedicated gluten-free surface and oven. Sorry to disappoint! We do our best to avoid cross-contamination by sanitizing consistently but our items are made on the same surface and in the same oven so we do not recommend our establishment for extreme gluten allergies. Our staff is trained to be upfront and honest about this. Mahalo.
