At least they were honest nothing was truly GF. Use same cooking space and same ovens. All pizzas cooked on the same racks. Why even bother to offer GF if you aren’t truly. Are there really that many people without true sensitivities that want to eat GF just for the heck of it? Who are these people?

Aloha! We try to offer as many gluten-free and vegan options as possible but yes, our establishment is not recommended for those with severe gluten allergies. Mild allergies and those choosing to abstain from gluten have a great experience at our bakery (and yes, there are many people on this island who stay away from gluten as a choice!) We have a tiny 260 sq ft kitchen and an even smaller area to prepare and cook in, so we have absolutely zero space for a dedicated gluten-free surface and oven. Sorry to disappoint! We do our best to avoid cross-contamination by sanitizing consistently but our items are made on the same surface and in the same oven so we do not recommend our establishment for extreme gluten allergies. Our staff is trained to be upfront and honest about this. Mahalo.
