Even though this bakery looks hopeful, it is not safe. The young folks on staff semi-know what gluten is but don’t understand cross contamination. We did not get the feeling that extra precautions are exercised but they may be?! We got a smoothie and it was safe/good. Torture to see yummy gf baked goods and not trust the business. We called and was there in person and got the same feeling both times that it was risky. They bake in same oven at same time…

Aloha! Our drinks are safe, for sure! Although we have a tiny 260 sq ft kitchen and an even smaller area to prepare and cook in. We have absolutely zero space for a dedicated gluten-free surface and oven. Sorry to disappoint! We do our best to avoid cross-contamination by sanitizing consistently but our items are made on the same surface and in the same oven so we do not recommend our establishment for extreme gluten allergies. Our staff is trained to be upfront and honest about this. Mahalo.
