I ate here a couple weeks ago. Told the staff I was gluten Free. They had many options for me to choose from to avoid gluten. They have 2 dressings that were gluten free. They told me my different options. I went with the grilled fish plate with white jasmine rice and their salad. They gave me the gluten free option of the wasabi sauce for the fish and I got their Miso vinaigrette dressing which was made with Tamari . They said it was also vegan. Super happy with my experience here, will be back on our next trip to Hawaii.

Menu indicates that you may “ask about gf options”. I did and was informed about the sauce that was on all the dishes that was not gf, which they can take off. I attempted to order a plate and sub tofu for fish. After a 5 minute discussion, I decided to eat something else because 1) they seemed disinterested in any allergy 2) were confused on what gf really meant and 3) would not do a simple substitution for fish. In the end, I did not feel safe eating there and left. I have heard that their tacos and burritos are to die for, so if anyone in your party is able to have that, they should.
