They’re not really donuts, it’s more like a mix between a cupcake and a churro. Not cooked in a separate kitchen however it is cooked in a separate fryer

I was pleasantly surprised to walk into this donut shop off grassmarket and find they had a couple gluten free options (marked NGCI for no gluten containing ingredients). They were displayed separately from the gluten donuts. I was told they use separate oil for the gluten free donuts. I had no reaction when eating them and they were absolutely delicious. The two gluten free options were cinnamon and vanilla.
