I went to have hot pot and it was a wonderful experience. I called before hand, and they told me all the meat, seafood and all the broths except the miso one and vegetables were gluten free . They had some other side dishes and I didn’t try just in case. I have celiac so I’m always super careful. I also had the soju alcoholic drink and I had no problems
