Celiac - No gf bread as prior post was a long time ago. We spoke to the chef to ensure precautions were taken as our server was not knowledgeable and admitted that. Stuck to steak and potatoes which was good and did not get sick.
Nothing marked on menu.
Fine dining great atmosphere but need to be very cautious and keep it simple.

This restaurant is extremely knowledgable when it comes to Gluten Free options. Although they do not have a dedicated GF menu, the waiter was more than capable of pointing out what was ok/not ok on the menu ( roughly 70% of the menu was GF or easily modified to be GF). The waiter made a point to bring out freshly baked (on site) GF bread and butter. The salads were all GF as prepared minus croutons. The food was fantastic - I had a petite filet with a four peppercorn sauce (waiter indicated all 4 sauce options were GF) along with Yukon gold potato purée. The dessert menu was limited to sorbet. Overall, the quality of food and atmosphere was phenomenal (the restaurant has a 4 Diamond rating and several awards from wine Spectator). I highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Outer Banks in North Carolina!
