Review of Kingbird

Doesn't have a gluten free menu but waiter was knowledgeable about options and verified my order with the chef. The endive salad, king salmon, and coconut sorbet were lovely. Only complaint is that I was offered slices of GF sandwich bread instead of something nicer for dinner.
