The place has great atmosphere! Looks super cool on the outside, inside Asian theme and lots of photo ops. Food is very tasty! Lots of flavor! ALL of the pho is gluten free, but nothing else. Still, if you’re in the mood for Pho, you’re in luck! Stuff prepared and cooked separately. Celiac safe

The Beef Pho was delicious. They even had gluten-free hoisen sauce. Served from a "tiny house" with an adorable outdoor seating area (located I'm a parking lot with other food truck businesses). This is definitely a new destination point for us when we're in the area.

Completely safe to eat at and delicious, too! Affordable and filling as well! All of the food is gluten free. It is my new best friend for eating out in Rexburg.
