My go to Szechuan! There are a handful of mains and apps to choose from, and they’re able to do them gf. Servers are super knowledgeable. It’s not a dedicated facility so definitely let them know about celiac!
Some favs are ants going up a hill, the chicken main dish, fried rice, mapo tofu

Ordered ‘Ants going up a hill’ and notified staff of celiacs / gluten allergy before ordering. Tested with my NIMA and it came back positive containing gluten. Wouldn’t recommend risking it.

Few dishes can be made Gf. Generally don’t have the sauces that are a problem. Had ants going up a hill (pork and cellophane noodles) and mapo Dofu (really good) . The crispy mushrooms also were supposed to be gluten free but bc they were fried and I hadn’t asked if they were separate, I avoided. Had a good mezcal cocktail too. Next day don’t feel sick so think I was safe !
