Servers were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the menu items. Brought GF soy sauce to table after being alerted about gluten allergy, and asked about cross contamination without prompt. Wasabi is GF. Could not have the ikuro on the kawari oshizushi, and they prepared it with its omission. Still very good.
12/22 Asked for cowboy oshizushi at later visit with different waiter noting GF needs but was served tempura asparagus. Was remade free of charge.
