I asked for gluten free soy sauce and they brought me low sodium. I asked again, they insisted it was right.

We figured that sushi was a pretty easy choice but quickly learned that we had to ask questions about every single thing we ordered. Even telling the sushi chefs and wait staff that one of the party had Celiac and needed gluten free ingredients was not enough. We had to repeatedly remind them, and ask about ingredients, for every item we ordered. Very frustrating and didn’t make us feel very safe. Plus, it was VERY expensive, for the quality of food we received.
