I had such a delicious meal! They gave me a menu that showed which sushi rolls are gluten free and which could be made gluten free. I had plenty of options and all of the rolls we shared were enjoyable. They had gluten free soy sauce and a sauce bar so I mixed my own sauce with fresh herbs, garlic, chili sauce, vinegar, and sugar. I will definitely be going back!
