Kintsugi Omakase

Totally gluten free omakase! The sushi here was as amazing as the service. We got the Soho experience omakase and had a really fun time chatting with the chef and trying new things (including bioluminescent squid!). He talked about how they work really hard to make sure everything in the kitchen was gf and even brought out his (huge) gf soy sauce bottle so I could learn the brand. The night finished with gf desert and sake! I cannot recommend this place enough!
