This is a small kiosk near the back of Le Jardin d'Acclimatation, an amusement park in Paris. It’s right by the Dragon ride, or the sand playground under a canopy of trees with picnic benches. Specifically, on this current map, it’s letter J. https://jardindacclimatation.cdn.prismic.io/jardindacclimatation/791b7cb7-4ef7-47ab-bcd9-4ae3433c039b_Plan+du+Jardin+d%27Acclimatation_juillet+2023.pdf
It’s very small. Perhaps a bit of a hidden gem because they have gluten-free bubble tea, GF cotton candy, GF French coffee, and they also have fries in a dedicated fryer. They have an allergen list under the register, that says the french fries are not gluten-free but we asked to read the ingredients on the package that the frozen fries come in and it only contains potatoes and corn, sunflower oil, no gluten or wheat. They looked ok, like plain cut potatoes. Fries do not appear to have been painted with anything like we sometimes see. And these french fries are the only thing that goes in the fryer according to the staff. They don’t serve anything else that could go in the fryer, but maybe the corn dogs, however, their corn dogs are warmed up on a separate press (which they showed us) And never touch the fryer. So we gave it a whirl and we tried the fries, ultimately eating three orders of them they were so good. And did fine, no problems. There is a second kiosk, not far from this one, serving the same food.
Please make sure to ask questions before you order these fries to make sure the oil situation stays the same.
