I love this restaurant and used to go here all the time before I learned I couldn’t eat gluten. I asked the server about what gf options they had available and was still served something made with teriyaki sauce which is not gf. They do have gf soy sauce however nothing else on the menu besides basically rice is gluten free.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

While they do have gluten-free soy sauce available for you to use at your table, they don't prepare any of the food with it. Virtually every sauce including the salad dressing has soy sauce with gluten in it. They will prepare things without sauce, but not gluten-free soy sauce. :(
