I'm so happy to have a dim sum restaurant mark things gluten free. I appreciate that they were considerate enough to mark it. Most restaurants don't, and most Chinese places don't. I'm happy to be able to eat dim sum again and feeling safe about my choices. Dim sum is good, service is ok. But I'll take it. I hope more Chinese restaurants do this. Would be nice to have variety.

Things to know- they rush around and don’t give you time to talk to them and ask questions. So when you arrive, let every person you talk to know that you are gluten free. Circle and star (GF) on the paper menu, and talk to them about if the GF marked items need modifications. They do not have gluten free soy sauce or oyster sauce. Our young waiter also didn’t know what gluten was and had to ask the kitchen about everything.

I visited last night. I ordered the Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce, sticky rice in lotus leaves, pork and peanut dumplings, BBQ pork fun rolls and mango pudding. I asked about the oyster sauce just to double check (since I couldn’t talk to anyone before then) and they said it is not gluten free. They gave me sweet and sour sauce as a replacement. I ate the pork and peanut rolls and sticky rice, but they brought the BBQ pork fun rolls covered in sauce. I had to check what sauce it was and it was soy sauce. I didn’t eat that, and he apologised and removed it from our bill. Luckily, I didn’t get sick at all from the food I did eat so what I ate must have been gluten free, but I did feel a little uneasy about the items I ate since they were unclear about their options and what “GF” meant for them.

So eat here at your own risk… bring your own sauces (soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce), or get it to go. The food tastes really good if you have sauces. And I was excited to eat dumplings in Dallas! But they aren’t the best at customer service or knowing how to help people with food restrictions.

Good gf options. You must look on their website and click “dim sum” to see what’s marked gf - it does not state gf on their main menu on google nor on Uber eats but they DO have quite a few options if you know where to look. Also, I made my own dipping sauce at home with gf sweet chili sauce and gf soy sauce.

I carried out the shrimp dumpling, pork and peanut dumpling, Chinese broccoli and mango pudding. All for $22! Great prices for good food. Will definitely go back.

Only Dim Sum restaurant in all of DFW with items marked “Gluten Free” on their dim sum menu. The salt and pepper pork chops are gluten free as well. No reactions what so ever and have eaten here several times. Service is crap, but it is worth it if you’re gluten sentive/celiac and craving authentic dim sum. The only option I’ve found in DFW.
