The only thing that is safe is the vegan ramen. Their pork broth and pork is soaked in soy sauce. I was mildly concerned about what they marinated their tofu in but I didn't react to it. Otherwise delicious. The gf noodles are great too.

My family & I love Kitakata Ramen! I recently went Gluten-free and was pleasantly surprised when our server said they had gluten-free noodles!
It's so delicious! The best ramen we've had!
