Unfortunately these people don't know what gluten free means. I asked if they are glutne free and they said they can make gluten free dishes. what did they bring out: vegi sushi covered in soy sauce. I got really upset my family and had to explain what it means. Then they sugested I should probably take my family somewhere else to be safe

I totally regret going here. I was so happy to see the California roll and other rolls with “crab” listed as gluten free. However, I know that most brands of artificial crab meat contain wheat, so I asked the server if it contained wheat. I told her i needed to be gluten free and she advised me not to order any rolls with crab then because it’s not gluten free—what?! It’s clearly listed on their menu gluten free. I asked if she could please check the ingredients of the crab meat (she looked at me like I was crazy.) I reluctantly ordered just plain salmon and tuna maki. I am doubling over in pain. I don’t think they have a clue what gluten is.
