This restaurant specifically caters to celiacs and pays close attention to sourcing of ingredients. I asked about if at item had oats and they said it’s GF certified oats. I let them know about the recent concerns with CC even in those oats and they took me very seriously and made me another item. They really care about our health and not just following the trends. I was very impressed!
