They cannot guarantee that the food won’t be cross contaminated. They said it happens often so if your just sensitive and it won’t hurt as much okay fine, but if your celiac or allergic they said on the phone it’s probably not safe to eat here.

Very clean restaurant. They have a server with celiac that is very knowledgeable of all things GF. Kitchen is very careful to avoid cross contamination. I am extremely sensitive to the smallest bit of cross contamination and I have no issues. Plenty of options to choose from and they're willing to modify anything on the menu.
