Gluten free breakfast is worth it! We aren’t even staying at the Omni but we got an Uber over here based on the reviews.

Yes, the chef’s wife has celiac so the kitchen, staff and servers are very aware of the standards needed.

We are the breakfast buffet but special ordered the gf biscuits and waffles from the kitchen. The gravy on the buffet is gf.
