Used to love this place. However eagerly brought my family there. Ordered a $40 to go order (plus a good tip), including 4 gluten free muffins from the location near Millplain. Muffins are listed on the menu to be served warm and with butter. When we went to eat the muffins they were still in their packaging trays and completely frozen. I went back in to ask to have them thawed and the host returned the muffins back with a piece of ice in the container, still cold. I didn’t realize until we had left the location, called to speak to a manager and the host would not allow me to. Never heard back. Totally ruined my experience. Utensils, syrup, butter and other attributes were also left had to go in to get the order corrected more than once. Otherwise the menu has very lovely gluten free options. Muffins taste like regular muffins and the French toast is delicious. However, I recommend the salmon creek location
I would have given 5 stars, but they use a shared toaster. This is our second visit and the first was great! Our server was amazing.
The second time the server let me know "it's all cross contaminated" despite their menu saying that they do their best to avoid cross contamination.
When quizzed she agreed that the menu is correct, but they have to say it. Not 100% confident in this place anymore.
My husband went and talked to a manager and they said that they do try to avoid cross contamination, but that they don't always clean the grill. We are here anyways, and I had no adverse reactions.
If you are gluten free due to an allergy, then make sure you quiz the server, and maybe ask for a manager.

Great experience! All the traditional breakfast faves, including French toast, pancakes, and waffles! Celiac daughter (11) loved it.
