I knew this was going to be a good experience when I called ahead of time and the server knew all the right answers for how to make GF sushi and avoid cross contamination. With very little prompting she explained how they use clean gloves, cooking surfaces, utensils, etc. They have GF soy sauce and a lot of the sushi is available GF.
Very very tasty also. I am celiac and sensitive and did not get sick. Such a nice experience to not have to stress about dinner. Really loved this place, I’ll be back.
