I am not sure if the have changed hands but the last three times the have been the server did not even know what gluten free is.

Great tasting and cheap sushi! Staff were knowledgeable about cross contamination and helpful with converting items to be gluten free if they had a gluten containing item. I’m super sensitive and didn’t get sick. Had gluten free soy sauce and dessert too!

Best sushi in Little Rock, AR. Finally a sushi place that lets you have any sushi roll gluten free! They are very accommodating to allergies. Gluten free soy sauce too. The sushi is fresh and delicious! The service is wonderful and the ambience of the place is very relaxing and nice. I thought I’d never get to enjoy good sushi again being gluten free. So yummy! No msg either!! And they homemake their sauces. They give you a small salad to start and a desert!

Very familiar with gluten free. Could make a ton of their rolls GF & made GF hibachi. Even brought me GF cucumber salad and sorbet. GF soy sauce. It was phenomenal!
