All broth options have gluten even if you get gf noodles, so no reason to come here.

The wait staff did not know what was gluten free and what was not. The kitchen staff just gave her a card with allergen info... And there were 4 things on the menu that were gluten free such as rice and edemame, not a meal. They have shiratake noodles... But no broths that are gluten free, so you can't actually eat them. NOT a GF restaurant!

unfortunately, this place is not Celiac friendly. Although they have non wheat noodles, they informed us immediately that they use the same water as with their regular noodles.

Delicious soups! Yam noodles substitute for ramen noodles. Friendly staff, clean facility, and moderately priced.

We were told by servers at the downtown one there was GF options and celiac friendly dishes. But when we went to the Kizuki ramen at the southgate mall in Tukwila, the supervisor informed us that the non gluten-free soy sauce comes pre-mixed in the vegetarian ramen broth and that no ramen options are gluten-free (even the meat ones). The only gluten-free options were three appetizers: edamame, a tuna mayo dish, and a spinach dish.

Wait staff is very confused about what is gluten free and what’s not. One time I came I had a ramen that’s apparently not gluten free. Luckily, I didn’t react. I had to call over 5 people today to confirm what was gluten free and what wasn’t. Don’t risk it, go to Oiistar in Wicker it’s amazing.

Same info as other reviews. Cross contamination is an issue here. My party ended up eating, I had a drink and ended up eating elsewhere. Wait staff were honest about it and recommended not eating there. Appreciated that!

DO NOT GO if you’re celiac, my waiter tonight told me the GF noodles are cooked in THE EXACT SAME water as the regular noodles. The GF chicken is also cooked in it. And the edamame goes in there as well. My understanding is the kitchen has one large pot of boiling water and everything gets heated in there meaning the cross-contamination is guaranteed. The only thing safe for me was the tuna mayo rice ball.
