While they offer gluten-free pizzas that are delicious, they have no concept of cross-contamination. Everything was prepared and baked on common surfaces with regular pizzas, without even an attempt to clean the surface, put gloves on, use a baking sheet, or anything else. If you're just trying to minimize gluten as a lifestyle choice, it may be OK, but if you're celiac, stay away.
