This was the only stall at Grand Central Market that when I asked about gluten free said yes. When you order just choose which sauce you want then you can choose gluten free pasta. The screen then asks allergy or preference. When you choose allergy they have a separate pot for cooking the noodles.

I got the pesto and it was SOOO good! (The crumble on top is cheese)
