Review of Knead Pizza

Always a great experience. Staff is so nice and very accommodating for gluten allergies, and I'd dare to say those with celiac may be alright. They'll prep on a clean surface, change gloves, and run the pizzas through ovens on clean pizza pans.

The GF crust is one of the best around. Not a bland piece of tough, flavorless cardboard. The ingredients are fresh, so each creation comes out delicious! A variety of salads are available as well. Plus, never mind those 3 $$$ signs- it's very affordable. Great for a quick hour lunch.
