Knead To Eat Bakery and Cafe

Wonderful little sandwich shop in downtown Utica, NY. The menu and website doesn’t list that they have a gluten free option for anything, but when I called ahead they said they can do gluten free bread on sandwiches, omelettes, fruit cups/salads, and other salads. I ordered the BLT with added fried eggs and avocado and it was probably the best sandwich I’ve ever had. That’s saying something because I don’t like sandwiches too much and rarely can even eat them either. Pretty sure the only sandwich that can’t be made GF would be their “The Pig Mac” which has macaroni and cheese in it. I didn’t get a chance to ask about their baked goods, but it’s a great spot for celiacs and gluten-eaters alike!
