Staff not knowledgeable about gluten or which items and sauces did or didn’t contain gluten. They did have tamari (GF soy sauce). I stuck with the plain basic hand rolls. Very small six piece hand rolls for the price. Wait was long and food came sporadically throughout the hour we were there so everyone ate at different times. Good food just do t go in hungry like we did. Not a great experience.

Knowledgeable staff, but the seaweed paper they use is not gluten free and has to he substituted with soy paper.
