Everything gluten-free that can be, including miso, salad dressings, tamago, tobiko, ikura, (which are sometimes marinated with soy sauce.) Staff very helpful, food great!

Staff was knowledgeable about GF menu options. They had rice flour tempura and a dedicated gluten free frier. There was a note on the menu that said almost every item could be prepared gluten free but there was a small extra charge, either $1 or $3 I can’t remember. Very tasty, very friendly.
