Kobe Sushi & Hibachi Japanese Restaurant

First time eating here tonight and I got glutened even though I stuck to basic rolls, although the food and prices were not bad at all. The waitress seemed knowledgeable, and I asked the waitress if she was able to ask the kitchen to make my order gluten free and clean the preparation area, and she at first refused, and then said that she can try to ask but it probably couldn’t happen because it was busy. Understandable, but if I’m a paying customer, they can also try to make sure I don’t fall ill and come back.
