This place is yummy! There are plenty of gluten free options and the staff are very knowledgeable about their gluten free options. One of the best Japanese Steak Houses I’ve been to.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Ate 1 order of unagi sashimi, 3 orders of octopus sashimi, 1 order of escolar sashimi, and 1 order of tobiko. Waited 25 minutes and had no celiac reaction. Continued with 6 more orders of unagi, 1 more tobiko and 1 shrimp sashimi. Had 2 glasses of water. Still no reaction. They did not seem the most knowledgeable on the matter, but like most sushi places, they were already used to being very careful. The person who seated me was also the person I had checked with on the phone, and also waited on me. He seemed to be keeping watch on my orders preparation. Successful first outing for me in over a year, ymmv.
