Many of the menu’s options can be prepared without gluten containing ingredients. The Korean BBQ (without marinade) was delicious and did not induce any adverse reactions.

Beware, some items on the menu are marked GF but contain gluten. I asked the waiter how one of the items was made GF since it was marked and he said it only contained a little gluten. Very accommodating waiter and went out of their way to ask the chef about every item I ordered. They just need to update their menu to not have false claims of GF items.
We love coming to place. I can’t speak to if it’s celiac-friendly, but as someone with an tolerance (I feel ill after I have gluten), I haven’t had issues. The Shabu shabu also houses Kai Lana Sushi and has for many years after a car went through the sushi restaurant owned by the same people. They had separate menus but now have one menu for both and this one clearly labels what is gluten-free.
Found it by accident and will definitely be back. Food is amazing and fresh.
