I’ve gotten the custard in a cup several times and haven’t had any issues. I do avoid the cones and toppings.

They gave us custard in a cup and also have my son sprinkles from the back that have not been cross contaminated with cones.

The staff had no idea what gluten was. They had to keep asking each other and pointing to signs on the wall that said they used nuts eggs and wheat in their facility. I keep asking if just the custard was safe if we got no toppings and In a cup. They said nothing was gluten free. We left with my five year old in tears.

The best Ice cream! I grew up eating this and despite the disclaimer that wheat is used in all shops, they only mean the cones! I get sick very easily by CC and felt fine eating this everyday we were here!
Yes
all the flavors are gf. just get it in a cup and avoid sprinkles since they dip the cones into boxes of sprinkles. they do have a warning on their website but that’s mentioning that the cones have wheat… not the actual custard.

I see there is a review that says the custard contains wheat but we asked the employees and they said the custard was gluten free. We went there twice, got that answer both times, and both times I did not get sick (I’m very very sensitive). There’s risk of cross contamination in the toppings because of the cones but the custard was fine for me and really good. There are a couple Kohr brothers down the strip so I can only speak for the one we went to both days. I can’t remember what it was next to but we were at the one on a corner if that’s helpful!
