Amazing sushi, so fresh, and very safe place to eat! The owners are extensively knowledgeable with GF and their menu. Menu is not marked, but just let them know of your allergy and they will advise you. Lots of options! GF soy sauce too. Don’t miss this place!

I ordered a hibachi lunch. The waiter explained options I could have and then verified with the chef to make sure everything was actually gluten free. They also had gluten free soy sauce available . Everything was delicious. I find dining out to be stressful, however this was not. I felt confident that what they served me was safe.

They were very accomodating to me having celiac disease. It helped that the server has celiac so she was able to provide guidance on what to order. I got the bagel roll (rice, smoked salmon, cream cheese, scallion), the fresh veggie roll (served with honey miso sauce which is gluten free), and the Tokyo cucumber wrap, all of which were really good. I also had the ginger salad - apparently the ginger dressing doesn't contain soy sauce, so is gluten free.
