I asked if they had Gluten Free options. Everything is gluten free but their fried rice. To order White rice and they have a dedicated grill that they cook it. Hopefully this is helpful.

Took a chance and ordered take out from here based on other reviews. I ordered hibachi chicken with white rice and made a note in the order that mine was celiac so please cook separately without sauce. It was delivered with “separate grill. No sauce. Gluten free.” written in big letters on the top. So impressed and thankful. And the food was delicious!!! It did come in the same bag as the other regular hibachi meals in our order so if you’re ordering take out, I’d ask them to bag separate. There was no leakage out of the containers so I didn’t worry about it. Still feeling fine the next day! The packaged Koji sauce that comes on the side of the regular hibachi meals actually lists ingredients and appears not to have gluten but I didn’t try it since it’s not labeled gluten free. For non-celiacs I’m sure it would be fine.

They made it separate and didn’t add soy sauce. It was very nice and we were very grateful.

GF menu. They have GF options, a separate GF cook space, and use separate cookware. GF option is no sauce so I bring my own GF soy sauce.

If you say you'd like your hibachi order gluten free, they will prepare it on a different griddle, leave out the cook sauce that has gluten, and serve your meal with white rice instead of fried rice. It is a go-to for me! So yummy! Plus, it has a drive thru!
