Did the breakfast buffet and they let us know what was Glueten and what was not. Also, the items were marked Glueten free on the food name plates. The omlettte bar was all Glueten free.

None of the menu items are labeled for gluten free but we were able to ask the shed if he could do GF without contamination and he came back with a list of items we could order that he could make without contamination. Same with Bibas for lunch and dinner.

We love coming here for the Sunday brunch in the Banyan tree room at the Hale Koa Resort. Every time we come here we ask the waiter if items are GF. Finally, we asked to talk to the chef to see if they would start labeling their items that are GF. We came back 2 weeks later and they did it!! Everything on the gorgeous buffet is labeled and indicates if it is GF. **this restaurant is ONLY a Sunday Brunch** Its not open any other day of the week and it's over by 1:30pm.

No GF menu, but speak to the manager & they will figure out everything you can eat GF. All buffet style dining. We ate: Crab legs & drawn butter, mixed vegetables, baked potato bar ( no bacon bits) prime rib ( no au jus) salad ( all dressing gf except Italian) , jasmine rice, pannacotta & creme brûlée. No reactions & they are so incredibly helpful!
