Saw the reviews about gluten free ramen but when I got there the waiter had no idea about gluten free items. The menu states that you can add/swap gluten free noodles in the ramen; however my waiter said that he called the owner to ask about the broth and came back to tell me that none of the broths are gluten free. Very strange to me that they would offer gluten free noodles and not any gluten free broth, so I asked for clarification several times and the waiter confirmed that was correct. Ordered chirashi sushi which traditionally is a bowl of sushi rice with raw fish on top but this one came with a sweet chili soy sauce topping that was not gluten free. I should have asked beforehand, but didn’t think to ask since this dish traditionally doesn’t have a sauce. That was my error, not theirs. They did have gluten free soy sauce upon request.

I explained that we have Celiac and the hostess said I could order the ramen bowls with GF noodles. I was told the curry ramen was not GF.
The food was excellent and I didn't have any issues. Will definitely order from here again.

We let the waiter know of our food allergy. He checked with the cook about all of our questions before we made our order. We made sure to have the waiter put everything in as 'for an allergy'. We were able to order Gluten free Ramen, made with nice fat rice noodles.
We were able to get Gluten Free Ramen made with Rice noodles that were fat and not the super skinny kind, which is a nice change from other places. No gluten reactions from super sensitive family members. GF soy sauce is available, if you ask. Super Tasty Spicy Beef Ramen. We plan on going back to try some sushi. There was Sake on the menu, but will need to make sure it is the nice kind made super gluten free standards before ordering.
