Komoon Thai Sushi & Ceviche

Stopped for lunch with my wife. Haven't found a "go to" GF sushi restaurant in SWFL so decided to give Komoon a try. They mark GF on their menu items but there weren't a lot of sushi selections but for me that was okay since there were numerous other selections. I had the Chicken Noodle Soup with rice noodles and Yellow Curry entre. Both were very good. There was a mysterious $1.00 up charge for GF Curry but I'm okay with that since it does make me feel a little more cognizant that the kitchen recognizes the need to be careful. We will go back again and I will ask about sushi in more detail. My wife rely enjoyed her roll, both of our meals were sizable and they were prepared deliciously. Thumbs up from this celiac!

They seemed knowledgeable about gluten free and I didn't get sick, but the food was just ok.

Waiters have no idea about gluten free and getting gluten free sauce or items was a struggle and left me feeling very unsafe.

Great Experience. Nice and very attentive staff. Wonderful food and a good amount of options for dinner including gluten free soy sauce!
