Kona Grill USED TO have a decent GF menu including sushi. As of Dec 2022 they only have 3 GF items: Edamame appetizer, Chopped Salad entree, and Turmeric Rice side item. The service when I went there was terrible. I asked for water when we sat down and never got it. We ordered 2 rounds of drinks, I asked for water with each order and never got it. I was asked if I wanted a 3rd round and I said no, I just want water and I never got it. I asked for silverware twice and didn’t get it until I asked again after the entrees were delivered. We had no napkins or cutlery when we were eating our appetizer. I didn’t get sick but it was an expensive and bad dinning experience.

Went here on mother's day. They had a special menu that day and provided zero.. I mean zero options for GF. I starved while everyone else enjoyed mothers day. I don't believe their normal menu even remotely friendly either.

No longer have a separate GF menu and although there are some GF options listed, I got sick even after confirming with the server I am celiac and that I needed GF soy sauce and NO sauce on the one roll I ordered.
No
Far too expensive for what you get. I found the food and service to be mediocre.
The service and food is well below average.
They are also not very service dog friendly. All 3 times I have been in there they want to put us in out of the way areas. That's not acceptable. They also seem to think it's acceptable to allow families with children to run around the restaurant. (Put people with service dogs in the back corner but allow children to run rampant - not acceptable)
I won't be back. The food isn't that good.
Nice GF menu. Able to eat some of the sushi...lovely. Staff friendly and knowledgable...even verified with chef on a special for me (wasn't GF but chef said he could make a change for me if I wanted it). I love when they are willing to make alterations and don't act like its a hardship. Loved the dessert!!!
Has some very good sushi options and a dedicated menu for gluten free.

Kona Grill is a fantastic dining spot that goes above and beyond in catering to guests with gluten-free dietary needs. During my recent visit, I was impressed by their attentive staff who were extremely helpful in guiding me towards gluten-free options on the menu. What stood out to me the most was the clear labeling of gluten-free items, making it easy for me to make informed choices. The overall experience at Kona Grill was delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a restaurant that prioritizes dietary preferences without compromising on taste and quality.

Waiter seems knowledgeable and gf foods clearly marked on menu. There are only about 5 options on the menu though. Food was very good.

Not a ton of options (1 app, 2 salads, 1 entree, 2 sushi rolls, 1 dessert) but everything is marked, the server was conscientious and double-checked things, the chicken and rice were a fun new flavor combo for me, and I had no issues.

Usually get sushi or cilantro lime chicken (which is fantastic).
