Mt gluten-free experience here has been decent, but their latest food grade inspection was horrendous (score of 70 due to improper temperaturs of raw fish, storing of raw meat over sauces and other foods, and more). The other nearby sushi restaurant (Antai Asian) is my go-to for GF sushi.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

Told the waiter that I have a gluten allergy and they said they could modify the rolls to make it gluten free. I got a Philadelphia roll and modified one of their rolls to make it gluten free (no eel sauce). Food came out quickly and had a good amount of fish per roll. No reaction! :)

Ate here on a busy Friday night. The menu needs some deciphering, but to play it safe I ordered three plain rolls without crab or tempura. Tamari sauce available. Nice portions, good flavor. I’m happy to report no side effects or symptoms of gluten exposure! (Celiac) Will eat here again.

Had a tremendous experience eating at Konnichiwa today. We enjoyed various sushi rolls, edamame and rice bowls from this fine establishment. Waitress(es) we’re very knowledgeable and reassuring that only GF Soy Sauce (Tamari) would be used in the preparation of our dishes.
