Very knowledgeable staff about what has gluten. The BBq sauce does but the poppy seed dressing is a delicious substitute. The pork by itself is made without gluten and absolutely delicious! I really love the Pig On Grass Salad - super tasty - with a guava drink. Highly recommend!
