Review of KORTXO

We had a WONDERFUL time at Kortxo last evening. The staff is so friendly, welcome and reassuring in terms of gluten free (for a celiac this is not a given and makes their whole day 😊). The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is so delicate and perfectly prepared. Everything we ordered (the artichoke, beef cheek, octopus) was so well balanced, fulfilling yet light. A bit of a different take on some traditional dishes, without going overboard. Lovely!
