Ordered takeout online. I ordered one of the items marked as gluten free and specified a gluten allergy, but I still had a reaction.
It seems that the items advertised as gluten free are not celiac safe without modifications. If you have celiac I would recommend talking to them and asking about certain ingredients that are at risk of cross contamination.

Koshari is a traditional Egyptian street food that’s lentils, crispy onion, rice, and pasta - it’s delicious! Koshari Mama makes a gluten free version without the pasta (the lentils and rice are super filling without it.) It’s so good! The gluten-free version is made and kept separate from the pasta version and the crispy onions are the only things that are fried (and they’re gluten free as well.)
The people who work here are SO nice and ask about food allergies when taking your order.
I have Celiac and felt fine after eating this! It’s in Bow Market - every time I’ve tried to order online, it says the gf version is sold out, however, when I go and order in person to get it, they always have it.
